ETBS is pleased to announce that Heather Hambrick, one of our pain management nurse practitioners has been recognized as a 2016 Top Performer by our patients!

Out of 93 patient reviews, Heather received an Overall Provider Satisfaction Rating of 4.88 on a scale of 5.  This equates to almost 98% in Overall Patient Satisfaction.

Some of the questions that patients were asked were:

  • Listening carefully and respectfully to patients
  • Explaining things in an understandable way
  • Spending enough time with patients
