Isaac is a native of East Tennessee. He received his bachelor's degrees in Medical Technology and Chemistry at Lincoln Memorial University in 2003. He completed Physician's Assistant school at Jefferson College of Health Sciences. In 2005 he joined East Tennessee Brain and Spine.
Melissa is a native of East Tennessee. She completed undergraduate degrees in Public Health and Nursing from East Tennessee State University as well as a Master of Science in Nursing. She has received national certification from The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Adult Nurse Practitioner.
Ricky is a native of the Tri-cities area. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health with a concentration in Radiography at East Tennessee State University in 2007, graduating Summa cum laude. He worked as an x-ray technologist in Johnson City for two years before attending PA school in Birmingham, AL. He graduated in 2011 with a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the UAB Surgical Physician Assistant Program. He joined the ETBS team in 2012.
Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Radford University in 1996. He attended PA school at Jefferson College of Health Sciences, Roanoke, VA in 1999, and recieved his Masters from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2001. After PA school Jason joined the US Navy and worked as a PA, and left the Navy as a Lieutenant. He originally joined ETBS in 2003. Then in 2007 he moved to London, England to work as a PA. Jason was chosen as 1 of 3 PA ambassadors to London, to help the profession begin. While in England he also helped start London's first PA program at St. Georges Medical School. In 2011 he rejoined ETBS. Jason is married to Brooke Walls, and they have 2 boys Lochlan and York.
Tracy served in the US Air Force for 6 years after high school graduation. She earned a Physician Assistant degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1999. She has practiced in spine/neurosurgical practices in Tyler, Ft Worth, and Austin, Texas. Has experience in degenerative and deformity spine disorders as well as trauma and pediatric/adolescent scoliosis. Tracy has been described by former patients as outgoing, caring and compassionate. She feels listening to the needs and concerns of patients is very important in determining their course of care.
She enjoys road course track days, drag racing and high speed autocross racing. Tracy belongs to the local corvette club and enjoy doing anything CORVETTE!
Heather is a native of the Tri-cities area. She completed her undergraduate degree in Business of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University in 1999 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2006. Her work history includes Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine and Hematology/Oncology. Her hobbies are golf, swimming, snow skiing, running, UT football, and watching her children play sports. She joined ETBS in October of 2012.
Bailey is a native of Kingsport, Tennessee. She complete her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a minor in Humanities at East Tennessee State University in 2010, graduating Summa cum laude. She worked at East Tennessee Brain and Spine as a Medical Assistant while attending ETSU. In 2012, she completed her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from South College PA program in Knoxville, TN. After graduation she rejoined ETBS in 2012.
Amber was a Roan Scholar at East Tennessee state University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and Spanish Minor in December 2009. Upon graduating, she worked at Johnson City Medical Center on a neurovascular progressive care unit. She graduated from King College's Master's of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner program in May 2013 and began working for East Tennessee Brain and Spine in August 2013. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She and her husband reside in Kingsport, TN.
